Molnar Alexander Serhiiovych

Scientific degree:  Ph.D. in Economics since 2006 (diploma № DK 036114).

Academic title: Associate Professor of Economic Theory (awarded in 2011).

Position: Head of the Department of Economic Theory, Uzhhorod National University.

Dr. Molnar graduated from Uzhhorod National University in 1999 with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. Subsequently, he earned a postgraduate degree in "Demography, Labor Economics, Social Economy and Politics" at the Department of Economic Theory, Uzhgorod National University of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine, Uzhgorod, in 2003.

The dissertation research "Management of development of tourist and recreational complex of the region" is executed according to a research theme of the Uzhgorod National University "Market transformation of economy of region", in particular research themes "Organization and management of system of innovation and investment maintenance of sustainable ecological and economic development of the Carpathian region of Ukraine" order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 01.04.2003 №197) and “Structural policy and regional development priorities of the Zakarpattia region in the conditions of economic transformation” (state registration number 0105U004082).

Shtuler Irina Yuriivna

Scientific degree: Doctor of Economics, Professor.

Academic title: Professor at the department of Finance, Accounting and Fundamental Economic Disciplines (awarded in 2018).

Position: from February 2020 to the present, the first vice-rector of the Institution of higher education “National Academy of Management.”

Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine. She was awarded with the Gratitude of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

In 2017 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: " Homeostasis of national economic system in its transformation”, specialty 08.00.03 – “Economics and Management of National Economy”.

In 2003 she graduated from the National Academy of Management, specialty: Accounting and Auditing. Qualification : Master's degree in Financial Management.

In 2004 she graduated from the National Academy of Management, specialty: jurisprudence. Qualification : lawyer.

Vitalii Erfan

Scientific degree:  PhD of Economic Sciences.

Academic title: Associate Professor.

Position: Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Theory.

 In 2004 he graduated from Uzhhorod National University and received a full higher education in the specialty "Business Economics".

In 2006 he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and received a full higher education in the specialty "Public Administration".

In 2008 he began his teaching experience. 

In 2011, the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty "Development of Productive Forces and Regional Economics".

In 2019, the Academic Council of SHEI "Uzhhorod National University" awarded the academic title of "Associate Professor" of the Department of Business Administration, Marketing and Management.

From 2006 to 2021 he worked in senior positions in the Uzhhorod City Council and the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

In October 2019, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor and Medal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "For Special Merits to the Ukrainian People".

Research interests: state regulation of the economy, regional economy, business analysis, project management, logistics, marketing.

  Kirlyk Natalia Yuriivna

Position: Associate Professor of Economic Theory

In 2005 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of Uzhhorod National University and obtained a master's degree in international economics.

In 2005-2008 she studied in postgraduate training program  on a day-release basis from production in the specialty "Economics, organization and management of enterprises".

In 2011 she earned her PhD. in Economics in the "Development of productive forces and regional economy."

Theme of dissertation work: "Peculiarities of development of foreign economic activity of the border region".

Her area of research interests includes a detailed analysis of the adaptation of the national transportation and logistics system according to European standards.

She teaches disciplines: "Transport Logistics", "Warehouse Logistics", "Financial Flows in Logistics Systems", "Production Logistics", "Logistics Workshop".

Paliychuk Eugenia Sviatoslavivna

Scientific degree: Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Theory at Uzhhorod National University.

In 2001 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Uzhhorod National University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. Diploma of Master of Economics AK № 16974247 dated June 29, 2001.

Ph.D. in Economics since 2006. She defended her dissertation on January 27, 2006 at a meeting of the specialized scientific council K 61.051.02, diploma DK № 035086, specialty 08.02.03 - organization of management, planning and regulation of the economy (decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission on June 8, 2006 according to the protocol 6 63-06/6) .

The experience of pedagogical work in the higher educational institution Uzhhorod National University (III-IV level of accreditation) is 15 years.

 Buletsa Nadiya Volodymyrivna 

In 2009 she graduated from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Finance and Credit. Since September 2009 she has been working at the Faculty of Economics, Uzhhorod National University.

In 2017, she defended her dissertation on "Stimulating socio-economic development of regions in conditions of financial decentralization."

Teaches disciplines: "Introduction to the Specialty: Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities", "E-commerce", "Controlling in Logistics", "Distribution Logistics".

Her area of academic interests includes development of the regional economy.

Kushnir Yuriy Borysovych

Gerzanych Vitaliy Mykhailovych

Scientific degree: Ph.D. in Economics.

Academic title: Associate Professor.

Position: Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Theory.

Graduated from Uzhhorod National University with a degree in Business Economics (2009). In 2009, he began his teaching career. He worked as a lecturer and associate professor. In 2015 he defended his dissertation on the topic: "Justification effective approaches to attract foreign investment." Specialty 08.00.03 - Economics and Management of the National Economy. Since 2015 - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of  Economics, Uzhhorod National University.

Teaches disciplines: "The History of Economics and Economic Thought", "Business Ethics".

Area of research interests: foreign investments, cross-border economic cooperation; socio-economic development of the region.

Piasetska-Ustych Svitlana Vasylivna

Position: Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Theory.

Yarema Tomash Vasylovych

Position: lecturer at the Department of  Economic Theory, skilled practitioner in the field of international business.

Graduated from the Faculty of  Economics, Uzhhorod National University. He also graduated from the Faculty of  Economics and Business ,Maastricht University and the Faculty of  Economics, University of  Innsbruck. After graduation, he was employed as a logistics manager at “LKW WALTER”, Austria, then worked as an international supply manager at “Wienerberger”, Austria. Afterwards, he held the position of a commercial director of  Wienerberger-Kurkachi project, Russia, soon he was promoted to a commercial sales director. He continued his professional career as a Chief Executive Officer at  “UKC” Ltd in Kyrgyzstan.
