Public discussion of the draft statute of SHEI "UzhNU"

New edition of the draft statute of state higher educational institution "Uzhhorod National University" is submitted for public discussion. 

The document outlines ain activities and objectives of the university, the volume of its civil capacity, authorities of its founder - the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, university rector’s rights and duties as to university management, concept of academic activity and organization of educational process; it also defines the nature and powers of self-government bodies, participants of the educational process, objectives and areas of research, technical and innovation activities, sources of income and the use of university funds and property, order of reporting and monitoring the implementation of financial and business activity, etc.

Given the need for involvement of students, graduate students, university staff, representatives of other interested parties and the public into the process, all persons concerned can submit their suggestions and comments to the above mentioned document.
