Forum “Youth policy of Zakarpattia: state, development, prospects” in UzhNU
On December 13, 2024, the YouthHub Youth Center of UzhNU held a forum “Youth Policy of Zakarpattia: State, Development, Prospects” for representatives of youth centers, spaces and public organizations. The forum was an important event where they discussed topical issues of youth policy development in the Zakarpattia region, identifying its main areas of development, as well as the problems and challenges faced by young people.
The forum participants learned about effective tools for expanding the region's youth infrastructure, project management, grant opportunities, volunteer management, and discussed possible prospects that could improve conditions for young people. Trainings were also held: “Effective tools for expanding the youth infrastructure of the region”, ‘Project management and grant opportunities’ and ‘Volunteer management: skills, solutions, algorithms’.
The forum served as a platform for exchanging views, developing new ideas and implementing effective practices that will help young people develop and realize their potential within the framework of modern society.
The event was organized by the YouthHub Youth Center of UzhNU together with the Center for Social Capital Development in cooperation with the Youth Platform within the framework of the Youth Potential Development in Western Ukraine program implemented by ISAR Ednannia, with the financial support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through the KfW Development Bank.
