Microbiological research are carried out using a laminar cabinet of class II microbiological protection, LA2-4A1 “ Esco Micro Ptc . Ltd. ” , magnetic shaker ( Biosan TS-100 and OS-20) , light (trinocular MICROmed XS-2610, binocular MicroOptix MX-20) and fluorescent ( Primo Star FL iLED Carl Zeiss) microscopes, V3 vortex, ELMI , DEN-1 densitometer, BioSan , centrifuges , including MiniSpin ( Ependorff ) and Hermle Z300 with coolers and tablet nozzles, autoclaves, distiller, thermostats, sterilizers, CO 2 incubator, anaerostat , mono - and multi-channel dispensers ( BioHit and BOECON), low-temperature freezers -20 ° С and -80 ° С (ХНТ-У), ice generator, etc.
The immunological direction of research is provided by the following equipment: autonomous microplate reader Elx800 ( BioTek )
and an automatic washer of 96-well IW-8 tablets.
