Winter examination session results were summed up at UzhNU
On February 25, 2016 the Academic Council summed up the results of the winter examination session of academic year 2015/2016. According to Vice-Rector Volodymyr Feketa, only the results and the quality of knowledge shown by full-time students of UzhNU were taken into consideration.
"8851 (98.9%) full-time students were allowed to take exams. 102 students were not allowed to take examinations, most of them were students of the Medical Faculty (51 people). 87 students (1%) did not report for exams for valid reasons", - says Mr.Feketa.
Taking into consideration the elimination of academic debts, good results were shown by 7780 (86.9%) students, which is by 4.2% less than in academic year 2014/2015. 886 (9.9%) students got excellent marks. 984 students (11%) failed in their exams.
According to the speaker, the best results were shown by the students of the Faculty of Healthcare (100%), Geography (99.1%) and History (99%). Students of the Faculty of Economics performed the worst - 60.4%.
