The school, as its participants noted in the discussions, opened up many new areas of research and topical issues. The most important of these, according to the participants, is that the Russian-Ukrainian war is not a war of civilizations, but of the civilized against the uncivilized. It is Ukraine that has opened the eyes of the world to Russia and is defending the EU from aggression. So, the 10th anniversary of the EU's self-deception is over. The collective West underestimated the threat of Russia, and now it has realized that it is impossible to establish normal civilized relations with Russia. In total, about 200 participants from Ukrainian universities took part in the Winter School. A certain number of them were professors, associate professors, international lecturers and political scientists. The students noted the high level of organization of the Winter School events and its positive impact on their competence in international and European security and Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration. All participants of the Winter School will receive certificates.
