The Rector of UzhNU met with the Ambassador of Belgium Alex Lennartz
On Monday, April 15, 2019, the Rector of UzhNU Volodymyr Smolanka met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium Alex Lennartz. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Research Myroslava Lendel and the Dean of the Faculty of Law Yaroslav Lazur.
During the conversation, the emphasis was placed on the democratization of the educational process at UzhNU, as well as the participation of the university in a number of international programmes aimed at supporting human rights in Ukraine and in the world. Volodymyr Smolanka spoke about the international cooperation of the university, in particular with Belgian universities and academia, academic mobility programmes and the experience of teaching foreign students at UzhNU.
Later on the same day, students of the University met with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium Alex Lennartz.
