Honoring the memory of the Holodomor victims

On November 23, 2024, students of Uzhhorod National University and Bohdan Khmelnytsky Cherkasy National University jointly commemorated the Holodomor victims. Together, the student councils of the two universities held a symbolic candlelight ceremony at the monument dedicated to the victims of the Holodomor tragedy to pay tribute to all those who died in the horrific act of genocide. The event was a reminder of the importance of preserving historical memory and jointly honoring the national tragedy of our people.
