UzhNU is among the top ten classical universities of Ukraine and is the 25th in 2018 Consolidated Rating of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine
Informational resource “Osvita.ua” presented an annual consolidated rating of Ukrainian universities in 2018. It includes 237 higher education institutions and is composed of 7 categories: "The best classical universities of Ukraine", "The best private higher education institutions", "The best higher education institutions of Kyiv", "The best universities of the regions of Ukraine", "The best pedagogical higher education institutions", "The best medical universities of Ukraine", and "The best educational institutions of the regions of Ukraine".
This year, evaluation criteria have been changed, traditional indicators of “Top-200 Ukraine” and “Scopus” ratings have been used, however, the “Webometrics” rating has not been taken into consideration, a new indicator "The EIT scores for the contract" has been included instead.
As a result, UzhNU is the 10th in the rating of the best classical universities of Ukraine and the 25th in the general consolidated rating.
