Scientists from Poland and Ukraine took part in an international conference on the implementation of the EU programme and Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the construction of shelters and refuges (Lublin, 13 October 2025).

At the invitation of the International Polish-Ukrainian Association of Shelter Manufacturers,  the director of the Research Institute ‘Institute of Public Administration and Regional Development’at Uzhhorod National University, Prof. Volodymyr Prykhodko, took part in an international conference on the implementation of the EU programme and Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the construction of shelters, shelters and refuges (Lublin, 13 October 2025). The discussion focused on the implementation of international and national standards in the construction of buildings, their multi-purpose use in the interests of civil protection and public use by local communities, preservation and decommissioning, restoration and involvement in the programme of military historical heritage sites were actively involved in the discussion.
