Educators from other higher education institutions joined the event remotely. “The idea of the project is driven by the relevance of the issue of Europeanization of legal science and education, which is certainly one of the fundamental factors in our further practice of European integration in terms of changing legislation and in terms of manifesting all types of legal profession,” said Yaroslav Lazur. In his turn, Mykhailo Savchyn emphasized that this program is a good start for studying European integration and Europeanization of public law. Nataliia and Oleh Rosul, postgraduate students of the Faculty of Law, Department of Administrative, Financial and Information Law, shared their impressions of the program. “This opportunity was extremely interesting for us. We deepened our knowledge in the field of Europeanization of public law. It should be noted that the course is aimed at improving and understanding the principles of European law in public administration, and as part of the project, we analyzed not only the theoretical basis but also the practical application, which is useful and interesting, especially in the current context of European integration,” says Natalia. For his part, Oleh Rosul would like to note the topicality of the topics related to the implementation of the administrative procedure, as a similar and long-awaited law of Ukraine on administrative procedure has recently been adopted. The program covered this draft law and the implementation of its provisions in the national legislation of Ukraine and how these provisions were borrowed from the European Union.

The certified course is aimed at the European integration of our country, in particular Europeanization in the field of law, and is designed for postgraduate educators.
