UzhNU ranked among the top ten classical universities in Ukraine
The educational information resource ‘Osvita.ua’ has published a consolidated ranking of higher education institutions in Ukraine for 2025 – Uzhhorod National University ranked 13th. To compile the consolidated ranking of higher education institutions in Ukraine, the resource ‘Osvita.ua’ uses data from the most authoritative national rankings of educational institutions in Ukraine among experts and the media: ‘Top 200 Ukraine’, “Scopus” and ‘Contract NMT Score . The resulting consolidated ranking summarises the ranking places of educational institutions.
It is important that UzhNU entered the top ten classical universities in Ukraine .The ranking of the best classical universities in Ukraine includes 10 higher education institutions that are leaders in this category of universities. Among them, Uzhhorod National University ranked 8th. In the ranking, each higher education institution is assigned a final score equal to the sum of its places in the TOP-200 Ukraine, Scopus and Contract NMT Score rankings.
