Ukrainian and German scholars shared experience in the field of economic legal proceedings
On May 25th, an international scientific conference on economic (commercial) legal proceedings in Ukraine and Germany was opened at Uzhhorod National University. The event was organized by the Law Faculty of UzhNU, German-Ukrainian association of judges, lawyers and legal scholars and the economic court of the Transcarpathian region.
The conference gathered members of the association, scholars, practicing judges and Ukrainian and German arbitration managers. Exchange of experience in the field of economic judicial law is the main goal of the conference. The forum is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the system of economic courts.
The event was opened by the rector of UzhNU Volodymyr Smolanka who welcomed the participants and thanked the German delegation for their willingness to share experience with the Ukrainian colleagues. He also expressed hope that the conference would impact the improving of the economic legal proceedings in Ukraine.
