Startup School’s goals are to create a comfortable innovative environment for school pupils, students, postgraduates, young scientists, and researchers to generate and implement creative ideas and successful startups, to help innovators, under the guidance of business coaches and mentors, go from a startup project idea to building a business model, finding investments, and commercializing an innovative project.

Main tasks of the Startup School are:

- engaging school pupils, students, postgraduates, young scientists, and researchers in Startup School projects;

- promoting the development of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial education in the region by providing assistance in the development of startup projects and the creation of business product prototypes;

- providing professional assistance in integrating the innovative business ideas of Startup School participants;

- ensuring cooperation with potential stakeholders (local authorities, regional state administrations, legal entities, natural persons-entrepreneurs, investment funds, business angels) on the implementation of startup projects;

- involving external Ukrainian and foreign specialists, experts, business representatives, local authorities, public organizations, successful entrepreneurs, and experts from Ukrainian higher education institutions in the Startup School to conduct expert reviews of startup projects;

- conducting training sessions, webinars, master classes, and seminars for school pupils, students, postgraduates, young scientists, and researchers;

- creating a database of innovative business projects of Startup School participants that can be proposed for implementation to innovative entrepreneurship entities;

- organizing and conducting scientific and practical events to stimulate scientific, research, and innovative activities of school pupils, students, postgraduates, young scientists, and researchers;

- selecting the best startup projects to participate in regional, national, and international competitions.
