Transcarpathian enterprises launch joint training programmes with universities

Transcarpathian enterprises initiate social training programmes and are planning to continue active development of professional training in collaboration with universities. A modern training center where the best students of UzhNU, talented and ambitious young people can study for free, was opened by the Transcarpathian company TC "Berkut" specializing in the sale of building materials.

   The first group of students finished the course of training in the centre. During the training process the 1C software is used. It covers such subjects as "Enterprise 8.3", "Principles of Marketing", "Corporate Structure", "Business Processes", etc. The best students are invited to undergo practical training, and then are offered jobs, according to the director of the company Andriy Suhay. It’s not easy for students to find work nowadays, especially for those without experience. TC “Berkut” decided to solve this problem by signing agreements with Ukrainian universities on cooperation and practical training at the TC "Berkut". "We start from scratch, teach our students not to be afraid of software, - says Andriy Suhay. -  Students’ professional skills are improving, they obtain practical skills and are paid for their work, which is generally not very common at enterprises".
