Over the next 5 years, the Center's primary efforts will be focused on:

1. Retraining employees and managers of healthcare, public health, and social sphere systems in the Transcarpathia region by acquiring new non-professional competencies in accordance with the evolving demands of continuous professional development, medical reform, in the areas of management, marketing, law, psychology, and others.

2. Activation of scientific research projects that will contribute to attracting additional funds and the implementation of innovative organizational technologies to enhance the efficiency of resource utilization in the healthcare, public health, and social sphere systems in Transcarpathia and Ukraine as a whole.

3. Development and support of nursing based on the updating and deepening of professional knowledge, operational mastery of modern achievements in medical science and practice, organization and management of nursing care at the community and healthcare facility levels, and other aspects of practical and scientific research in the nursing field.

4. Development of the professional development system for medical professionals in the rehabilitation sector of Ukraine: physical therapists, occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, and other members of multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams."
