The second Regional Youth Forum "Youth will change Ukraine"
The second Youth Forum "YOUTH WILL CHANGE UKRAINE", that bring together community activists of the Transcarpathian region, is going to take place on May, 27. The event will be held in the framework of the implementation of the draft programmes funded by the Department of Youth and Sports of the Regional State Administration.
