UzhNU is among the best universities in the world being included in the World University Rankings 2024 for the first time

The influential World University Rankings 2024 by Times Higher Education was published on September 27, 2023. Uzhhorod National University was included in it for the first time, currently being the 12th best among Ukrainian universities and the 1501st among the best universities in the world. According to the "International prospects" indicator, UzhNU belongs to 1,000 best universities in the world occupying the 955th position.

Altogether, 1904 universities have been included in the ranking his year. UzhNU has been submitting information to the ranking since 2014. Since 2020, it has had the status of "Reporter" and this year it has received its own position in the World University Rankings for the first time.
